Administrative & HR Training
Next Level will train any administrators and/or HR staff that will be involved in the hiring process. Our team will train the staff to screen candidates on the phone prior to coming in to bring only the best candidates in for the management team. When we help with training your staff we like to look at our systems as creating a mentorship- that way your staff always has someone available to help with training, not only for just one day- but for their entire career!
Our training will consist of sales strategies, tips and tricks for the admins on the phone to have stronger conversations and conversion, computer based training for tracking software, and weekly conference calls on new training topics weekly. We like to train in person, by use of conference calls, video call training as well as one on one conversations. Our team has multiple trainers available at all times- that way your staff can learn something new from all of them!
Tracking and Reporting for HR Staff
Next Level will track and send reports daily or weekly based on ads, HR staff or anything else necessary. Our reports go in depth about conversion of the administrator’s retention, which ads are pulling the best results, overall recruiting goals of the office as well as the conversion of different trainers on the staff. College / Job Fair Recruiting
